Pre-set bid sheets allow you to allow for multiple winners all at one price-
or if you have several of the same item donated, choose to have more than one top bidder walk away a winner.
Go to 'Library Donations'. Select the donation you would like to change. Click on the 'For Silent Auction' field and select the new auction.
You can also easily remove a donation from your current auction without deleting the donation, for instance when you decide to use the pizza coupon (for example) for another auction. In 'Library Auction' select 'Donations' and click the blue 'X" behind the auction name.
